Unsere Wohlfühloase hat 4 Zimmer und ist 100m² groß. Dein Zimmer ist das größte Zimmer (24qm) der Wohnung und sehr hell (Bilder folgen!). Im Wohnzimmer kannst du dich auf der gemütlichen Couch und dem angrenzenden Balkon ausbreiten. In der großen Wohnküche gibt es eine Eckbank, außerdem haben wir ein Tageslichtbad und viele Pflanzen.
Our feel-good oasis has 4 rooms and is 100m² in size. It is the biggest room (24 sqm) in the apartment and also very bright (pictures will follow!). You can spread out in the living room on the cozy couch and the adjoining balcony. There is a corner bench in the large eat-in kitchen, and we also have a daylight bathroom and lots of plants.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Prinzenallee/Osloer Str. und ist top an Öffis angebunden. Die Tram hält direkt vor der Haustür, U8/U9 (U Osloer Str. 10min/U Pankstr. 5min Fußweg) und S Gesundbrunnen/S Bornholmer Str. (>15min Fußweg) sind in der Nähe. Sie liegt an einer recht befahrenen Kreuzung, aufgrund der neu eingesetzten Lärmschutzfenster bekommt man aber kaum etwas vom Straßenlärm mit. Es gibt unzählige Läden aus allen Kulturen der Welt, Restaurants und alles was man braucht. Die Panke zum entspannten flanieren im Grünen ist 2-3min hinter dem Haus.
The flat is located on the corner of Prinzenallee/Osloer Str. and is very well connected to public transport. The tram stops right outside the front door, U8/U9 (U Osloer Str./U Pankstr.) and S Gesundbrunnen/S Bornholmer Str. are nearby. It is located at a fairly busy intersection, but due to the newly installed noise-protection windows, you hardly notice any of the street noise. There are countless shops from all cultures of the world, restaurants and everything you need nearby. The Panke is 2-3 minutes behind the house for a relaxed stroll.
Zu uns: Wir sind offen, politisch links, sportlich, meistens vegetarisch, arbeiten 9 to 5, Partymäuse (immer weniger)/Couchpotatos (immer öfter), pflegen einen respekt- & liebevollen Umgang.

The dates are flexible for a few days. If you don’t want to move in for the whole 3 weeks it could also be possible. The rent is around 22€ a day. :)
