Hallo zusammen,

ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer zweier WG den Februar (kann auch verlängert werden).

Weil ich Ende Januar auszieht und meine Möbel mitnehme wird es anders aussehen als auf dem Bild. Eine Matratze belibt da, Kleiderschrank könnte vom Keller genommen werden. Die Küche ist rundum ausgesattet mit allem was man braucht.

Der kleine Balkon ist zur Südseite, Strasse hin und bekommt viel Sonne ab.

Es ist mir sehr wichtig jemanden zu finden der/die auf die Wohnung acht gibt und gerne mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Salina + der Katze Lili zusammen leben möchte. Erzähl mit doch gerne ein bisschen was von dir (:

I am renting out my room in a shared flat in February.

Because I am moving out at the end of January and taking my furniture with me, it will look different from the picture. One mattress remains, closet could be taken from the cellar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

The small balcony faces the street to the south and gets a lot of sun.

It is very important to me to find someone who takes care of the apartment and would like to live together with my roommate Salina + the cat Lili. Please tell me a bit about yourself (:

Salina hat gerade ihren BA fertig gemacht und ist nun auf der Suche nach einem Praktikum. Sie ist wine sehr angenehme, achtsame Mitbewohnerin, die einem genug Raum gibt. Lili ist verschmust und sehr pflegeleicht. Salina übernimmt alle Verantwortungen für Lili.

The apartment is located in wedding, Seestrasse, near U-Bahn Seestrasse. The tram stop Seestrasse/Amrumer Str. is right infront of the apartment. Big park Rehberge and lake Plötzensee right around the corner
