Nice room in a very tidy WG. It is fully furnitured and has two bright windows. The area has 3 supermarkets around and is connected to Naunerplatz U, Leopoldplatz U and Wedding S/U. The building has a nice back yard which is very green and peaceful, suitable for grill, etc...
WG is very tidy and nicely furnitured and it is expected that it remains clean at all times. We have a weekly cleaning schedule which is excpected to be followed. It is also possible to change cleaning dates with someone. We are very open people, but also spend a lot time alone in our rooms or at work, so there is privacy at all times :)
We never had any problems with noice, and I hope that it will stay that way.
The warm price for 1 month is 700EUR, which is an unfortunately higher than berfore Corona time, but it is all included.
Room is available short term from 5th July > until > 20th of August. The payment should include the complete 1 and a half month.
The deposit of 400eur exists as a way to secure any damage done to WG.
