Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein (12 m²) und zeigt zum Innenhof, was es sehr ruhig und gemütlich macht. Ideal, um sich nach einem langen Tag zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen. Es ist nicht möbliert, sodass du es ganz nach deinem eigenen Geschmack einrichten kannst.

The room is small but nice (12 m²) and faces the inner courtyard, which makes it very quiet and cosy. Ideal for retiring and relaxing after a long day. It is not furnished, so you can decorate it according to your own taste.
Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin Gesundbrunnen und ist hervorragend angebunden. In nur etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichst du die U-Bahn-Station Pankstraße, und der Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen ist circa 10 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem hält ein Bus fast direkt vor dem Haus, sodass du schnell und bequem in alle Teile der Stadt kommst.

The flat is located in Berlin Gesundbrunnen and has excellent transport connections. The Pankstraße underground station is just a 2-minute walk away, and Gesundbrunnen station is around 10 minutes away. In addition, a bus stops almost directly in front of the building, so you can get to all parts of the city quickly and easily.
Wir, Kira (28 Jahre) und Feli (24 Jahre), suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere gemütliche und ruhige WG.
Unsere WG ist ein Ort der Entspannung und Erholung, da wir beide beruflich und privat viel zu tun haben. Daher verbringen wir gerne Zeit in unseren Zimmern, um zu chillen. Natürlich reden wir auch sehr gerne miteinander und pflegen ein familiäres Miteinander. Wichtig ist uns zu betonen, dass dies keine Zweck-WG ist – wir legen viel Wert auf eine freundschaftlich-familiäre Atmosphäre, in der jeder seine Freiheiten hat. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Kochen oder Spieleabende sind bei uns eher die Ausnahme, da wir unsere eigenen Leben und Interessen haben.
Kira arbeitet in der Kunstbranche, betreut Künstlerinnen und Galerien, und macht ihren Master in Kultur und Management. Feli hat einen Bachelor in Kultur und Management, arbeitet momentan als Eventmanagerin und beginnt im Oktober ein weiteres Bachelor-Studium im Bereich Produktdesign.
Wenn du eine entspannte Atmosphäre magst und auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen Rückzugsort bist, aber auch Lust hast, ab und zu nette Gespräche zu führen, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

We, Kira (28 years old) and Feli (24 years old), are looking for a new flatmate for our cosy and quiet shared flat.
Our shared flat is a place to relax and unwind, as we both have a lot to do both professionally and privately. That's why we like to spend time in our rooms chilling out. Of course, we also like to talk to each other and maintain a cosy atmosphere. It is important for us to emphasise that this is not a functional flat share - we attach great importance to a friendly, family atmosphere in which everyone has their own freedom. Shared activities such as cooking or game nights are the exception as we have our own lives and interests.
Kira works in the art industry, looking after artists and galleries, and is doing her Master's in Culture and Management. Feli has a bachelor's degree in culture and management, is currently working as an event manager and is starting another bachelor's degree in product design in October.
