Ich möchte gerne mein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung im genannten Zeitraum untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist hell, sehr geräumig, gemütlich, sauber und liegt ruhig im Hinterhof. Du hast direkten Zugang zur Terrasse!
In der Umgebung befinden sich gemütliche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. Das Viertel ist jedoch nicht überlaufen, was sehr angenehm ist. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr ist 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Mein Mann und ich wohnen hier zusammen, ich bin in dem genannten Zeitraum aber verreist. Du hättest selbstverständlich Dein eigenes Zimmer (siehe Fotos). Vermieten möchte ich mein Zimmer gerne an eine ruhige, ordentliche, weibliche Person. Ich freue mich auf Deine Nachricht!

I would like to sublet my room in our apartment in the mentioned period. The room is bright, very spacious, cozy, clean and quietly located in the backyard. You have direct access to the terrace!
There are very nice and cozy cafés, restaurants and bars in the area close to the apartment. But the district is not too crowded which is nice. You can reach public transport easily in 3 minutes by foot.
My husband and I live here together, I am traveling in the mentioned period. Of course you would have your own room (see photos). I would like to rent my room to a quiet, tidy, female person. I look forward to your message!
