Ich vermiete mein 12qm2 großes Zimmer im Soldinerkiez unter. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 3er WG, die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Wir sind sehr gut an die Öffis angebunden, 2 Minuten zu Fuß fährt die M13 und 50. Ringbahn, S1, S2, S8, S85 und die U8 und U9 sind 10 - 15min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Parks gibt es auch viele in unmittelbarer Nähe. Deine Mitbewohnenden wären N. (26 J., wohnt fest in der Wohnung und arbeitet Vollzeit) und eine andere untermietende Person, die für ein halbes Jahr dort lebt.

I'm subletting my room in Wedding (Soldinerkiez) from August 1 - September 30.
Rent is €425/ month and a €200 deposit (as per a written agreement). The apartment's close to the Ringbahn, S1, S2, S8, S85, U8, U9, and the M13 and 50. Groceries, bars, and parks are close by. The room is fully furnished and the apartment has everything you need. You'd be living with N. (26 yrs, works full-time) and another subletter who's staying for six months.
