Zusammen mit meiner Schwester, Sara, wohne ich in einer 2-Zimmerwohnung in Berlin Wedding. Es ist ein klassicher Altbau mit Dielen und Stuck. Die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus 4. OG und hat einen Balkon.
Mitte Februar bis Ende März bin ich nicht in Berlin suche dafür eine liebe Zwischenmieter:in. Normalerweise wohnen Sara und ich sehr familiär, teilen unser Essen, kochen gemeinsam und hängen abends auf dem Balkon ab. Ist natürlich kein muss, für eine Zwischenmieter:in.
Wir legen viel Wert darauf, dass wir uns wohlfühlen und die Wohnung ordentlich halten. Wir sind Mitglieder einer Solawi und ernähren uns vegetarisch.
Wir wohnen am südlichen Ende der Togostraße und sehr dicht am U-Bahnhof Wedding und Bushaltestelle des 106 Bus.
Um die Ecke gibt es süße kleine Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.
Die klassischen Einkaufsläden sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.
