Hello everyone,
I am renting out a 24m2 room in my cozy Wedding flat for 650e/month on a temporary 3month basis and therefore no Anmeldung. The flat has a very good location at the heart of all the good spots in Wedding (between sbahn Wedding, Leopoldplatz and Nauener platz - all these stations are a few minutes away). Everything you need is around here - post office, gyms, dms, lidl, edeka,rossman,cinema,lake etc). I am planning to rent my room from 01.03.25 (flexible +/- few days) until 01.06.25 (also flex). Really important to mention - this is a limited short term offer with no option to stay more than 3 months and no anmeldung - therefore an option for someone in between places. I am working full time and often from home and I am a quiet, chill and respectful person and expect you to be the same - meaning no parties in the flat and no loud music, and absolutely no noises 11pm-7am. If this sounds like something for you great :) You will stay in my spare room which is quite big and will be quite empty so even if you have a lot of personal things or even small furniture you will be able to store it there easily. The room will definitely have a bed and a desk and chair, and i can leave you one clothing rack but that is about it, so would be good for you if you have a clothing rail of your own extra in case you have a lot of clothes. One thing i want to mention - this building is an altbau so it can get a bit noisy and you can hear for example people walking in the flat upstairs etc (but no excessive noise like techno or parties every day or similar, its a normal living situation, but if you are someone very sensitive to noise just wanna give a heads up). Please let me know a few things about yourself - how old are you, what do you do for a living, do you work home office, how you imagine your living situation and roomate dynamic etc. I am not vegan/vegetarian so you need to be ok with that and this is a non smoking flat. The room you will be using is my spare room which i use as wardrobe/study atm but when you move in some things will be taken out like clothing rails, treadmil, small closet. The bed and desk will for sure stay.
One more time for anyone that didnt feel like reading the whole text - this is a TEMPORARY 3 month rental. NO ANMELDUNG. NO PARTIES. NO smoking. NOT vegan/vegetarian.
