My roommate will be gone October to January (01.10.24-03.01.25) and I therefore am looking for someone who wants to live with me during that time.
Hardfacts: Prinz-Eugen-Straße in Wedding, 4th Floor, 24m2 with balcony, rent is very cheap (360+internet, gas, electricity). Languages spoken: English, German and Spanish (Arabic is something I would like to learn hehe).

There is a lot of stuff in your room right now, because my roommate is packing up (just imagine its already gone :D). The big white cupboard will go, but there is a lot of storage that will be free. Other than that, the room is furnished, including bed, couch, work space.
6 minute walk to Nauener Platz & Leopoldplatz, 10 minute walk to S Wedding. I really love this Kiez, my rehearsal room is here, my gym and a ton of cute cafés and restaurants; happy to share my favorites with you!
I have phases where I am home a lot and/or do home office, on other weeks I am hardly around. I left my party days behind mostly and am interested in forming genuine connections, playing ambient noise music, drinking Spaßgetränke while politically radicalizing one another and cooking insane dishes is the vibe these days. I am looking for a gentle soul. No early 20ies, No crazy partying/afterhours, No Zios and Terfs.
We usually share everything here, but also have our own shelfs with stuff that is not supposed to go into your roommate's mouth :-) I appreciate a clean environment and being proactive about cleaning, although I dont think everything needs to be super neat all the time. The flat is an Altbau and needs some love here and there. There is plants on the balcony which my roommate took care of so far, but I also help with them (less relevant in the winter I guess).
We dont have an escalator, but if you have a disability of any sort I am happy to accomodate that. You can also bring your pet, I dont have any allergies and LOVE animals. No Anmeldung possible.
I am a musician outside of office hours and although I play music with headphones at home you should be fine with singing exercises from time to time (although the wall to you room is very thick, it can bleed through).
If you write me, please make sure I get a good grasp on who you are. I was away for most of September and can therefore only offer this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) to meet and if that doesn't work out Monday during the day is also fine, so please include in your message what slot would work for you:
