The Bedroom is furnished including a Bed, Desk, Dining Table, Couch, 2 Dressers, Bedside Table, Mirror, Armchair, Bench, Office Chair and a Cabinet.

It has a Window looking into the Hinterhof that lets in light in the morning and a couple Lamps for the Afternoon.

Theres multiple Plug extenders and Plugs next to the Bed and by the Desk & Couch.

It has 2 Doors, 1 into the hall and another into the adjacent bedroom which is blocked.

The Apartment itself has a Bathroom with a Bathtub/shower and a Washer/Dryer with a seperate Restroom as well as a Kitchen. There is also a balcony though it is attached to my bedroom. The Apartment is well Heated and easily cooled.

The Apartment is a ~6 minute walk to the U6 and close to a lot of restaurants. Theres a Rewe, Bio Company, and Vinh Loi about a 7 min walk away and a Apotheke ans Späti just around the corner.

Theres also a Park down the street and a Bus Stop for the 106 just outside.

I am the only other Flatmate, I am a Game Design Student and will either be at school from 10 till ~18 or at home doing work remotely.

If you also have School/a day job theres a good chance we'll barely see each other on a normal day though ill usually be cooking dinner ~21

If you are a Smoker you can either politely knock and ask to go onto the balcony or smoke directly out of the Window.

I expect the communal areas to be kept relatively clean and the chores to be split fairly. Specifics on Hausordnung can be discussed in person.

Normal German Apartment rules apply in terms of noise, if you are being loud past 22 its best to close the window to the innenhof or the other residents will yell to remind you to be quiet.

The Lease would begin at 3 months as a Probezeit.
