Hi!

We’re renting out a lovely room in our 3-room Wedding WG from 21st December - 1st February, with the possibility of taking over the whole contract from then on (SCHUFA (request now) and salary dependent!).

The room is in a Dachgeschoss flat on the 5th floor (no lift!), and the flat is situated on the corner of Utrechter Str. and Malplaquetstr.

The rent is €580/month (warm) + €1209,52 deposit.

The flat is situated in a great location in Wedding, on the corner of Utrechter Str. and Malplaquetstr.. We’re a 5-minute walk away from Leopoldplatz (U6 + U9) and Schillerpark is a 12 minute walk away. There are also nice little cafes and bars all around, as well as supermarkets (REWE, Netto, dm, etc.) close by.

A little bit about who you’ll be living with:

- I’m Sophie, 28 y/o professional musician from the UK, also working at BIMM University.
- Tenaya, 23 y/o professional dancer from California.
- Kiwi - my lovely Macedonian dog. Friendly, calm and an all-round queen.

Tenaya and I will be moving out in February! So if you’re looking for somewhere long-term, and have the means to take over the contract from February onwards, whether alone or with a partner or friend, we can pitch you to the agency. They’re open to accepting applications from us. :)

If you’re looking for somewhere short-term, then this could be a wonderful option for you as we all move out on the same date.
