Ausgestattet ist das Zimmer mit naturweißen Baumwollvorhängen, einem 1x2m Bett, einem Sofa, einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, zwei Stühle für den Balkon und einem 3-türigen Kleiderschrank aus Vollholz.

A 21sqm large, friendly, furnished old building room awaits you with a 3.50m high stucco ceiling, Art Nouveau windows and doors, the typical Berlin wooden floorboards and your own small south-facing balcony.
The room is equipped with natural white cotton curtains, a 1x2m bed, a sofa, a desk, a chair, two chairs for the balcony and a 3-door wardrobe made of solid wood.
Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und du blickst direkt auf Linden und andere Bäume. Da die Wohnung sich im Vorderhaus befindet, ist es von der Straße her leider etwas laut. Im Haus selber ist es aber relativ ruhig.
Die Osloer Str. ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort fahren die U8, U9, M13 und die M50. Der Bus 255 (nach Weißensee) ist in 7 Min. und die S-Bahn Haltestelle Schönholz in 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort fahren die S1 und S25 und S26. Es fährt aber auch der Bus 150 direkt um die Ecke zur Osloer Str. oder zur S-Bahn Schönholz.
Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Lidl und mehrere Spätis. Restaurants, Kneipen und Cafés gibt es in der Nähe.
Die Panke fließt unweit der Wohnung entlang und Parks laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein.
The room faces south and you have a direct view of linden trees and other trees. Since the apartment is in the front building, it is unfortunately a bit noisy from the street. But the house itself is relatively quiet.
Osloer Str. can be reached in 12 minutes on foot. From there the U8, U9, M13 and the M50 go. The 255 bus (to Weißensee) can be reached in 7 minutes and the Schönholz S-Bahn stop in 10 minutes on foot. From there the S1 and S25 and S26 go.
