Weil ich in der Zeit verreist bin, steht mein Zimmer als Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung.
Relevant Facts:
- 510€ pro Monat; Ich würd das Zimmer am liebsten für die 6 Wochen am Stück abgeben, das wären dann also 765€ für die ganze Zeit; falls Geld bei dir knapp ist aber sonst alles passt, kann es auch etwas weniger sein.
- 2 Sweete Mitbewohner*innen, so was zwischen gemeinschaftlich, füreinander Kochen, einander mit auf Parties & Konzerte nehmen, aber alle machen auch ihr Ding, haben eigene Freundeskreise und sind auch mal ein paar Tage weg
- dafür ist es manchmal auch besuchig-trubelig, Gemeinschaftsküche/-Wohnzimmer
- 22m2, Altbau, hohe Decken, hell, Holzdielen, schön
- es gibt Bett, Schrank & Schreibtisch, ansonsten viel Platz zum Bewegen
- 5 Min. zum Leopoldplatz, 10 Min. zum S Wedding
