Da ich ins Ausland gehe, suche ich eine nette Zwischenmieterin (bitte nur Frauen) für mein schönes WG Zimmer von Ende Februar bis ende April.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m2 Groß und vollmöbliert. Es ist nach Norden ausgerichtet und das Fenster blickt auf den Innenhof, was eine entspannte und ruhige Atmosphäre ermöglicht. Da die ganze Wohnung ein Altbau ist, sind die Decken super hoch, wodurch sich die Räume großzügiger anfühlen.

Die Miete wäre 600 Euro Warm / Monat + 100 Euro Kaution.

Es gibt sehr gute Verbindungsmöglichkeiten!
* S-Bahnhof Wedding (Ringbahn) 7 min. zu Fuß
* U-Bahnhof Wedding (U6) 6 min zu Fuß
* U-Bahnhof Leopoldplatz (U6/U9) 6 min zu Fuß
* Bus richtung HBF 2 min zu Fuß

Außerdem gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit ein Türkisches supermarket direkt vor der Tür und fast alle Supermärkte innerhalb von max. 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen :)

Die Wohnung wird mit eine andere nette Frau (30) geteilt, die Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch spricht. Sie arbeitet Vollzeit, Studiert und macht regelmäßig Sport, d.h. Sie ist meistens nur Abends und am Wochenende da. Sie ist auch sehr ruhig und ordentlich.

Wenn alles passt für uns beide, machen wir ein Untermietvertrag, so dass alles klar und schriftlich ist, aber es ist keine offizielle Anmeldung in der Stadt möglich.
