The room is spacious and can be sublet with the bed, mattress, wardrobe and desk if needed. I can also remove all furniture if you want to bring your own. I am completely moving out, so even though it is a sublet you will not have any of my stuff taking up space.
The windows are big and go out the courtyard, so no street noises.
The flat is only a 5 min walk from S-Wollankstrasse, which runs S1, S25 and S85 and is two stops from Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn S41/S42 and trains). There are also close by bus stops.
Right next to our house is a Netto supermarket and a big Rewe is approx. 10 min walk down the street. There are also several late night Spaetis just outside our flat :-)
Hi!
I'm moving into my own flat so I am looking for someone to take over the room in our shared flat. You will be living with my two lovely flatmates Conner and Tobi. Tobi is finishing his bachlor studies and our scientist while Conner is more the creative type. We do work in the service industry, so no shower queues on weekday mornings. Since Conner is from Scotland the main language spoken in the flat is English.
We are a very laid back and relaxed trio and my year living there has been very harmonious. Cleaning is shared between all of us and it is important to us to keep communal spaces clean, so everyone is happy to use them.
There is a balcony attached to Tobi's bedroom which can be used and is super sunny in the summer months :-).
The room can be rented with the bed, closet and desk or completely unfurnished, whichever you prefer.
Very important: Tobi has a very cute dog, so you need to be okay with that.
The main tenancy will end at 01.09.2025 and it is not yet decided what will happen with the flat. It might be possible to stay longer, but we cannot promise that at the moment.
The fotos don't look amazing, because I already started packing, but we will invite you to come and see the flat and meet us before making a decision :-)
Please mention in your message that you read about our dog and the fixed term sublet :-)
The deposit is quite alot (3 months rent), becacuse that is what we paid the landlord. We can find a solution if that is a problem!
best,
Lisa
