Zimmer in 3er WG Berlin-Wedding

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss eines Neubaus. Die Cornelius-Fredericks-Straße liegt im schönen Afrikanischen Viertel und ist eine Parallelstraße zur großen, vielbefahrenen Müllerstraße. Der Eingang ist im Innenhof, der sehr groß und grün ist. Vor dem Haus auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Straße gibt es keine Häuser, die die Sicht versperren, sondern es gibt einen Fußballplatz, der von verschiedenen Sportgruppen regelmäßig genutzt wird. Besonders im Sommer hört und sieht man die Vereine dort Sport machen.
Direkt neben dem Haus liegt ein sehr großer Kaufland, als gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Alternativ gibt es 1 min. weiter einen Edeka und einen ALDI, und auf der anderen Seite der Müllerstraße liegt auch noch ein Lidl. Ansonsten gibt es viele kleine Restaurants und Imbissbuden in der Nähe, besonders an der Müllerstraße und an der Seestraße.
Ungefähr 10 Gehminuten entfernt liegt in Richtung Westen der wunderschöne Volkspark Rehberge mit großen Wiesen, einem Freiluftkino und natürlich dem Plötzensee (einer der schönsten Orte um sich im Sommer abzukühlen!!). Ansonsten gibt es noch den Schillerpark mit einer rießigen Wiese, Tischtennisplatten und Basketballkörben auf der anderen Seite der Müllerstraße, wenn man durch das englische Viertel geht.
Angebunden ist die Wohnung wirklich gut. Man erreicht die Ubahnhöfe Seestraße und Rehberge (beide U6) zu Fuß in ca. 8-12 Minuten, je nachdem, wie schnell man geht. Es gibt auch eine Busstation (Türkenstraße) von der aus man direkt zum Hauptbahnhof kommt.
Ein wenig Richtung Süden liegt das Herz des Weddings, der Leopoldplatz.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a new building. Cornelius-Fredericks-Straße is located in the beautiful African Quarter and is a parallel street to the large, busy Müllerstraße. The entrance is in the inner courtyard, which is very large and green. There are no houses blocking the view in front of the house on the opposite side of the street, but there is a soccer pitch that is regularly used by various sports groups. Especially in summer, you can hear and see the clubs playing sports there.
Right next to the house is a very large Kaufland, a good shopping opportunity. Alternatively, there is an Edeka and an ALDI 1 minute further on, and there is also a Lidl on the other side of Müllerstraße. There are also many small restaurants and snack bars nearby, especially on Müllerstraße and Seestraße.
About a 10-minute walk to the west is the beautiful Volkspark Rehberge with large meadows, an open-air cinema and of course the Plötzensee (one of the best places to cool off in summer!!). There is also the Schillerpark with a huge meadow, table tennis tables and basketball hoops on the other side of Müllerstraße as you walk through the English quarter.
The apartment is really well connected. You can reach the Seestraße and Rehberge underground stations (both U6) on foot in about 8-12 minutes, depending on how fast you walk. There is also a bus station (Türkenstraße) from which you can get directly to the main station.
A little to the south is the heart of Wedding, Leopoldplatz.

Als WG sind wir wirklich sehr entspannt. Wir haben ein gutes und lockeres Verhältnis miteinander und sehr lieb zueinander. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und genießen es auch mal ausgiebig miteinander zu quatschen, zu kochen oder auch mal was zusammen zu trinken (auch nichtalkoholisch natürlich!). Wir sind Lenny (28) und Kilian (26), und wir sind beide Studenten hier in Berlin. Wir sind Queer und LGBTQ freundlich und verstehen uns selbst als weltoffene, aufgeschlossene und herzliche Menschen. Wir versuchen immer wieder einen Putzplan zu erstellen und setzen darauf, dass wir alle gemeinsam irgendwie mithelfen. An Freizeitaktivitäten sind Tischtennis, im Park chillen, Videospiele, Filme/ Serien schauen, gemeinsam kochen und vor allem auch gerne mal Brett- und Kartenspiele vorhanden und sind interessiert daran, was noch alles zusammen gemacht werden kann. Natürlich lassen wir uns aber auch gerne mal in Ruhe und sitzen nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander. Jeder hat seinen Rückzugsort in seinem Zimmer und, wenn man was vom anderen will, dann kann gerne geklopft werden.

As a flat mates, we are pretty relaxed. We have a good and heartly relationship with one another and are very kind to each other. We're not a functional flat share and enjoy chatting, cooking or having a drink together (also non-alcoholic ones of course!). We are Lenny (28) and Kilian (26), and we are both students here in Berlin. We are queer and LGBTQ friendly and see ourselves as cosmopolitan, open-minded and warm-hearted people. We always try to create a cleaning plan and rely on all of us to help out somehow together. Our spare time activities include table tennis, chilling in the park, playing video games, watching movies/series, cooking together and, above all, playing board and card games and we are interested in what else we can do together. Of course, we also like to leave each other alone and don't spend all our time together. Everyone has their own place to retreat to in their room and, if you want something from the other, you can knock on the door.

Wir wünschen uns von der nächsten Person, die zu ins in die WG zieht, dass sie, weltoffen, respektvoll und gesellig ist. Du solltest keine Probleme mit Dingen wie, verschiedenen sexuellen Orientierungen, Hautfarben oder Herkünften haben und auch offen sein, wenn es um gute Kommunikation und konstruktiver Konfliklösung geht. Wir wünschen uns, dass Du gerne Zeit mit anderen verbringst und auch zu einer guten Gemeinschaft mit Respekt und Anerkennung beitragen möchtest.
