hello! Im leaving for work, and would like to find someone who would be enjoying and taking care of this bright, spacious room with sofa, bed, the height adjustable desk. The agreement would includes the basic understanding about hygiene in the rooms (+bathroom and kitchen), ventilation for the rooms (5-10mins each day for the room and after shower for the bathroom) with a good balance on the usage of heating.
I live with a dear friend and her great cat, they are both very reasonable, endearing, open-minded and respectful..... so I would love to find someone who wish to find together with them, a good balance that suits you all- between having enough private space and sharing spontaneously time (if it happens) in the cozy kitchen, with an open mind and respect.
we are just next to Schiller park, very close to supermarkets and transportation Tram 13, U-Bahn (Seestrasse/ Rehberge: U6, Osloerstr U8/9), a bus that drives you directly to Ring-Bahn (Wedding), Berlin Hbf,...
