Gemütliches Zimmer mit Hochbett, kleiner Wohnzimmerecke unter dem Hochbett mit Sofa und TV. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Schreibtisch und eine Kommode. Die alten Doppelkastenfenster bieten einen schönen Blick in den Park und sorgen für eine schöne Atmosphäre.
Die Katzen Sachen werden zu dem Zeitraum nicht im Zimmer sein.
Cozy room with a loft bed, a small living area underneath with a sofa and TV. Additionally, there is a desk and a dresser. The old double-casement windows offer a beautiful view of the park and create a lovely atmosphere.
The cat items will not be in the room during that time.
Das Zimmer liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem Park direkt gegenüber – perfekt zum Entspannen und im Sommer unser zweites Wohnzimmer. Die U-Bahn-Station zur U6 ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland und Lidl sind in etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem gibt es auf der nahegelegenen Müllerstraße zahlreiche Spätis, Cafés und weitere Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf.
The room is located in a quiet area with a park right across the street—perfect for relaxing and our second living room in the summer. The U6 subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping options like Kaufland and Lidl are about a 10–15 minute walk. Additionally, Müllerstraße, which is nearby, offers numerous late-night shops, cafés, and other stores for daily needs.
Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist entspannt – ein guter Mix aus jeder macht sein eigenes Ding und gemeinsamen Abenden. Man sitzt öfter mal zusammen, aber es gibt keine Verpflichtungen. Gemeinsam gekocht wird eher selten, aber wenn es passt, gerne. Einen festen Putzplan gibt es nicht – jeder räumt seinen Kram in der Küche auf und putzt, was anfällt.
The atmosphere in the flatshare is relaxed—a good mix of everyone doing their own thing and spending time together in the evenings. We often hang out, but there are no obligations. Cooking together happens occasionally if it works out. There’s no fixed cleaning schedule—everyone cleans up after themselves in the kitchen and takes care of whatever needs to be done.
