We're looking for someone who wants to join our 5 people WG for the long term. If you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep and want to be part of a fun, social, and caring WG, keep reading!
Some key points about the room:
🔹 9m² with a Hochbett (loft bed) – so you get extra space to make it cozy
🔹 Long-term rental
🔹 Faces the backyard
🔹 Ground floor location

We live in Soldiner Kiez in Wedding directly at the Panke River
🏡 We’ve got everything you need: WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchen setup
🚇 Public transport nearby: Bus M27, Tram M13, U8, S1, S8 – super easy to get around
🚿 Two bathrooms, each with a shower
☀️ We don't have a balcony but as soon as the sun is out our sidewalk becomes our terrace – perfect for coffee, chats, and dinners
You’ll be living with Susi (she/her), Lilly (she/her), Jack (they/them), and Fio (they/them) – a lively bunch who love to share good times. Here’s what to expect:
🍲 We share food & split costs via Splitwise – communal living at its best!
🎉 Our home is social and full of life – friends, family, partners, siblings visit often, and you're welcome to do the same! This is great because YOU’RE GONNA MAKE A MILLION NEW FRIENDS but its also not for everyone and you should ask yourself plainly if that’s the sort of environment you want to live in
🧹 With 5+ people it’s never spotless but we all do our part to keep it clean and tidy when necessary (no Putzplan)
🎶 Our WG is quite loud sometimes! Not all the time, but we love our techno and Susi owns lots of power-tools! It feels like there is always music playing somewhere at Stocki. Ask yourself how much you need peace and quiet before applying
🍷 We have occassional Movie nights, cooking together, games, deep talks, and Stocki party!
🌿 Of course, we all also go through phases where we’re more or less at home, need alone time, or just want to chill solo – and that’s totally okay! Communication is key, and we respect each other’s space when needed.
💕Also, of course, expect us to be: Left-wing, Queer with a capital Q, feminists, anti-fascist... etc etc
MOST IMPORTANTLY:
💛 We genuinely care for each other. We listen, talk and understand each other’s flaws and we work together to solve problems. Its a chosen-family thats very special to all of us.
So we’re looking for someone who wants to be an active part of the WG and not just a temporary guest.💛
🚬 Smoking-friendly flat – 3 out of 4 of us smoke, and it’s common in the rooms, so you should be cool with that
🚫 No couples – the room isn’t big enough
🐱🐶 No pets – there’s not enough space in our apartment
🛠️ Your room is next to a bathroom where the washing machine runs occasionally – might be a little noisy at times
