Hey!
I’m a 35-year-old woman (she/her), and I’m looking for a new roommate starting immediately. I have a room available in my ground-floor apartment in Wedding, near Wollankstraße S-Bahn. The area has good public transport connections (bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn) and plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The room is partially furnished (see photos). The rental period is flexible: you can stay for one, two, or three months, or up to six months max for now. If things go really well, I’d be open to extending it further.
About me and the flat:
I have a very loud and stressful job, so in the evenings, I often need quiet time in my room to recharge. Please don’t take it personally – it’s just about me taking care of my own needs. That said, I also enjoy socializing, so I’d love to find a balance that works for both of us.
This isn’t a party flat – I prefer a calm living environment, and I’ll be starting my studies soon, so I need a space where I can focus. Occasional social evenings with a few people are totally fine, but in general, I prefer minimal guests in the flat, especially overnight guests.
The apartment doesn’t have to be spotless, but I do value a shared sense of responsibility when it comes to cleanliness – without a strict cleaning schedule.
Who I’m looking for:
I’m looking for a queer FLINTA* person, ideally 28 or older, who values a respectful and mindful co-living space. Political awareness is important to me, including a clear awareness for Palestine and a strong stance against all forms of discrimination.
It’s also essential that there’s no smoking or drug use in the apartment.
Come by for a visit!
I’m inviting people from Wednesday to check out the room, have a chat, and see if it’s a good fit. If you’re interested, send me a message with a few words about yourself!
Looking forward to meeting you!
