Rooms in 2 WG near the ring Zimmer in 2er WG in Ringnähe

We live directly on the ring and the U6 is almost on the door. up to the ring track is 5 min walk.

In the house there is a Späti with DHL post office (very convenient) 5 min away Rossmann, net, Edeka, Lidl, Penny, Apotheke, DM.
So here you're really well looked after.

Wir wohnen direkt am Ring und die U6 fährt quasi vor der Tür. bis zur Ringbahn sind es vllt 5 min zu Fuß.

Im Haus gibt es einen Späti mit DHL Postannahmestelle (sehr praktisch) 5 min entfernt Rossmann, Netto, Edeka, Lidl, Penny, Apotheke, DM.
Also hier ist man echt gut versorgt.

We're currently living for two, but I'm moving out soon. There is a kitchen and a bathroom that are not huge, but absolutely sufficient. The cat of the WG is a lovely roommate who is allowed to sleep in all rooms as long as the door is closed. You should be animal-loving and consider them a valuable member of the WG.

The rent is 555 euros warm, everything is included (power, internet, heating, etc.). There is a deposit of 1200 euros. If I go there will probably be a detachment of kitchen equipment, but we can clarify it individually. The rental contract is unlimited and a written contract does not exist, but a registration is usually possible. If you are referring to social benefits, we can also clarify that.

It is important to me that it remains a professional WG. I work myself and therefore seek a person who does not celebrate parties all the time (I also go occasionally, because I work at an honorary office in the party area), but appreciates a harmonious, respectful coexistence. Sure, friends invite is fine, but for me it's important that you come out under the week and not just live together as a purpose WG. I wish a quiet, neat and pet-loving roommate or a roommate who is set or queer-friendly, feminist and left. Smoking is only allowed in the room.

Aktuell leben wir zu zweit, aber ich ziehe bald aus. Es gibt eine Küche und ein Bad, die zwar nicht riesig sind, aber absolut ausreichen. Die Katze der WG ist ein liebenswerter Mitbewohner, die in alle Zimmer darf, solange die Tür zum Schlafen geschlossen bleibt. Du solltest tierlieb sein und sie als wertvolles Mitglied der WG betrachten.

Die Miete beträgt 555 Euro warm, alles ist enthalten (Strom, Internet, Heizung, etc.). Es gibt eine Kaution von 1200 Euro. Wenn ich gehe wird es wahrscheinlich noch zu einer Ablöse von Küchenequipment geben, das können wir aber individuell klären. Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet und ein schriftlicher Vertrag existiert nicht, aber eine Anmeldung ist in der Regel möglich. Falls du Sozialleistungen beziehst, können wir das sicher auch klären.

Wichtig ist mir, dass es eine berufstätige WG bleibt. Ich arbeite selbst und suche daher eine Person, die nicht ständig Partys feiert (ich gehe auch ab und zu mal, denn ich arbeite bei einem Ehrenamt im Partybereich), sondern ein harmonisches, respektvolles Zusammenleben schätzt. Klar, Freunde einladen ist in Ordnung, aber für mich ist es wichtig, dass man auch unter der Woche miteinander auskommt und nicht nur als Zweck-WG zusammenlebt. Ich wünsche mir eine ruhige, ordentliche und tierliebe Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner, der oder die queer-freundlich, feministisch und links eingestellt ist. Rauchen ist nur im Zimmer erlaubt.

Ich werde auch ausziehen, wann ist nich nicht klar also wird mein Zimmer auch irgendwann frei sein.

Außerdem: wenn du jünger als 28 bist, erklär mir doch, warum du glaubst, dass du mit jemanden der mindestens 5 Jahre älter ist zusammenleben möchtest, da wir ja schon sehr wahrscheinlich ziemlich unterschiedliche Leben führen. ;)

Ich würde auch mein Zimmer/ die Wohnung tauschen, wenn ihr was in Fhain habt. :)
