Schreibtisch, Bett, großer Fernseher etc. sind vorhanden und können benutzt werden. Falls ihr Stauraum braucht, sagt Bescheid wie viel, damit ich was freiräumen kann.
Schöne große Küche mit Gasherd, Waschmaschine und vielen Küchengeräten, typisches kleines Schlauchbad mit Dusche, riesig großer Gang und Eingangsbereich, der die Wohnung angenehm geräumig macht.

There's a desk, bed, big TV etc. that can all be used. If you need storage space, let me know how much, so I can clear out some space for you.
The kitchen is nice and big with a gas stove, a washing machine and lots of applicances, the bathroom is small and narrow, typical for this kind of building, but the corridor and the foyer are huge and give the apartment a very spacious feel.
6 Minuten vom U-Bahnhof Leopoldplatz (U6, U9) entfernt, 11 Minuten vom S- und U-Bahnhof Wedding (U6, Ringbahn), 247er Bus fast vor der Haustür, 120er direkt zum Hauptbahnhof so wie einige andere Busse vom Leopoldplatz aus.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, leckeres Essen und gemütliche Bars und Cafés direkt um die Ecke und in der Straße.
