Ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer (18qm) in unserer 2er-WG in Wedding wird ab 05.07.2020 frei!
Das Zimmer ist ruhig zum Hof gelegen und hat ein Fenster. Tagsüber scheint die Sonne schön rein. Das Zimmer hat zwei Türen, eine zum Flur und eine zum Gemeinschaftszimmer (ca. 25qm). Im Gemeinschaftszimmer befindet sich die Tür zum Zimmer von Jakob, deinem neuen Mitbewohner. Auf dem Foto sieht man noch aktuellen Zustand deines zukünftigen Zimmers. Es kann leer, oder nach Absprache, möbliert gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung hat 85qm Wohnfläche. Für 2er-WG hat man genug Platz um sich mal Zurückziehen und mal gemeinsam Zeit miteinander zu verbringen! Unser Gemeinschaftszimmer nutzen wir teils als Wohn- und teils als Arbeitszimmer (Studio). Es ist sowohl funktional mit Schreibtische, als auch gemütlich mit Couch und Teppich ausgestattet. Wenn Du auch von zu Hause arbeiten willst, und du möchtest, kannst du den linken Arbeitsplatz benutzen. Ansonsten können wir das Zimmer auch gemeinsam umgestalten.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein eher funktionales Badezimmer. Die Küche ist neuwertig und gemütlich, mit einem Fenster zum Hof durch das viel Tageslicht kommt.

A very cozy room (18sqm) in our apartment in Wedding will be available from July 5th.
The room and window are facing the courtyard. During the day the sun shines in beautifully. The room has two doors, one to the hallway and one to the shared room (approx. 25sqm). In this room, there is the door to the room of Jakob, your new roommate. The fotos show the current state of your room. It can be rented empty or furnished by arrangement.
The apartment has 85sqm of living space. For a two-person flatshare, you have enough space to retreat and spend time together! We use our shared room partly as a living room and partly as a studio. It is as well functional with desks, as cozy with a couch and carpet. If you also want to work home and you want to, you can use the left desk. Otherwise, you can redesign the room together with Jakob.
There bathroom in the apartment is rather functional. The kitchen is new and cozy with a window to the courtyard through which a lot of daylight comes.
Die Wohnung ist verkehrsmäßig gut angebunden. Der U-Bahnhof Seestraße ist 7min zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es die Haltestelle "Türkenstraße" der Buslinie 120. Dieser Bus fährt direkt zum Hauptbahnhof in 20min.
In der etwas hektischeren Müllerstraße um die Ecke gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi, Bio-Supermärkte, diverse türkische Supermärkte und einen Asiamarkt etc.). Dazu gibt es noch diverse Essensmöglichkeiten. Die Gegend ist eher eine Wohngegend mit Familien, jungen und alten Menschen unterschiedlicher Nationalitäten. Geht man aus der Haustür, ist man in wenigen Schritten im Schillerpark. Der großzügigere Park Rehberge lädt zu einem längeren Spaziergang ein und ist auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar.

The apartment is well connected in terms of traffic. The underground station "Seestraße" is a 7-minute walk away. Just around the corner is the Busstop "Türkenstraße" of the line 120. This bus goes directly to the central station in 20 minutes.
In the quite hectic Müllerstraße around the corner, there are many shops (Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi, organic stores, various Turkish supermarkets, and an Asian market, etc.). There are also various restaurants. The area is a residential area with families, young and old people of different nationalities. If you go out the front door, you are in the Schillerpark in just a few steps. The more spacious Park Rehberge invites you to take a long walk and is also easily accessible on foot.
Ich (Takaya) und Jakob (dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner) sind beide ausgebildete Bühnenbildner, arbeiten teils angestellt und teils als freischaffende Künstler. Da ich für einem Job in einem Theater für zwei Jahren Berlin verlassen muss, suchen wir zum 05. 07. eine/einen Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin. Wer ein offenen und kreativen Charakter, Freude an einem mal geselligen, mal ruhig und ingesamt harmonischen Zusammenleben hat, passt hier sehr gut rein!

I (Takaya) and Jakob (your future roommate) are both set designers. Although we work also as employees, we have constantly Projects as freelance artists. Since I have to leave Berlin for a job in a theater for two years, we are looking for a flatmate from 5th of July on. If you have an open and creative character, enjoying sociable (sometimes quiet) and harmonious Living together, you will fit in very well here!
Der Zeitrahmen ist befristet, weil ich Berlin für einen auf 2 Jahre befristeten Arbeitsvertrag verlasse. Jakob und ich bleiben unter offizieller Erlaubnis von Vermieter als Hauptmieter. Du wirst mit uns, offiziell vom Vermieter genehmigt, einen Untermietvertrag abschließen. Das heißt auch, dass du dich hier bei den Behörden anmelden kannst.

The time frame is limited because I am leaving Berlin for a two-year employment contract. Jakob and I remain the main tenant under official permission from the landlord. You will conclude a sublease contract with us, officially approved by the landlord. This also means that you can register here.
