We live in a 120sq m flat, there is a living room, a chamber (Harry Potter used to live there) for the vaccuum and laudry recks etc, kitchen, bathroom small balkony (perfect for morning breakfasts) and two rooms for my two flatmates.
The room is approx 22sq m large, has wonderful floor boards, high ceiling, 3 beautiful plants inside. If it's ok for you, I'll be great if you can take care of the plants (just water them a bit once a week and they're fine). No worries, if you don't want to have this responsibility, I'll take them out of the room and ask my flatmates to water them.
Other than that, you'll have access to storage under the bed and in my shelves.
You'll have access to a 4K projector with a motorized screen, which is peeeeerfect for movie nights
I will remove most of my stuff and you'll have storage space.

Wir wohnen in einer 120qm Wohnung, mit Wohnzimmer, Kammer für Staubsauger und (zu viel) Zeugs, Küche, Bad (natürlich), kleinem Balkon der perfekt für Frühstücke im Morgensonnenlicht ist, und den Zimmern meiner beiden Mitbewohner*innen (1 Mann, 1 Frau).
Das Zimmer ist etwa 22qm groß, hat einen Dielenboden, hohe Decken und 3 schöne Pflanzen (auf die du eventuell aufpassen kannst, wenn nicht, stell ich die woanders hin und meine Mitbewohner kümmern sich darum).
Zudem gibt's einen Schreibtisch für Home Office und Platz im Regal, sowie unter dem Bett.
Über meinem Bett gibt es ein 4K Beamer, mit motorgesteuerter Leinwand gegenüber, perfekt für Filmeabende! Vor allem mit nem leckeren Bier von der Brauerei nebenan, yum yum
Werde natürlich meine Sachen größtenteils aus dem Zimmer nehmen, damit du hier Platz für deine Sachen hast.

You'll be living with my two flatmates Niklas (28) and Kristina (33). Kristina is working for Uniqlo, super nice, becoming a DJ, cooks good food and knows all the good Netflix shows.
Niklas is a machine engineering student, who is about to write his master thesis, is super super nice as well, also cooks good food, knows no Netflix shows, but has good acting skills (so does Kristina actually, so much in common!!!) and has his own Covid test center.
It would be wonderful if you'd help my flatmates keep the flat clean. (no worries, we're not obsessed with tidiness :) )
Du wirst mit Niklas (28) und Kristina (33) zusammen wohnen. Kristina arbeitet bei Uniqlo, ist super nett, ist angehende DJ, kocht leckeres Essen und kennt alle guten Netflix Serien. Niklas ist Maschinenbaustudent, der seine bald Masterarbeit schreiben wird, auch super nett, kocht auch leckere, kennt keine Netflix Serien (fast) und kann (so wie übrigens auch Kristina) gut schauspielen. Oh und er hat sein eigenes Corona Test Zentrum
Niklas owns his own test center, you can get free rapid tests there :)
