mein Mitbewohner und ich haben ein WG Zimmer in der Genter Straße zu vermieten und wir suchen dafür noch eine dritte Person! Das Zimmer ist ca. 13qm groß, renoviert und besitzt ein großes Fenster zum Innenhof hin. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um einen renovierten Altbau. Das Wohnzimmer ist super groß und ideal zum gemeinsam quatschen in der Küche geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist 2 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Leopoldplatz entfernt. Auch zur Ring-Bahn braucht ihr nur 5 Minuten. Die Beuth ist direkt um die Ecke, TU und HU sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Keine 2 Gehminuten entfernt findet man zwei Supermärkte, diverse Restaurants, Friseur und Parks. Außerdem ist der Sprengelkiez in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Leopoldplatz subway station. You also only need 5 minutes to the Ring-Bahn. The Beuth is just around the corner, TU and HU are also within easy reach. There are two supermarkets, various restaurants, hairdressers and parks less than a 2-minute walk away.
Mein Mitbewohner, Nicola, studiert Landschaftsarchitektur an der Beuth. Ich, Elias, studiere Maschinenbau ebenfalls an der Beuth. Wenn wir nicht mit Uni beschäftigt sind, chillen wir gerne im Park, spielen und schauen Fussball oder treffen uns mit Freunden.
Ansonsten sind wir zwei, recht umgänglich und immer für nen Bierchen zu gebrauchen;)
Wir machen zwar viel zusammen, haben aber auch unsere eigenen Freundesgruppen. Also egal ob schon länger in Berlin oder neu zugezogen bist du hier Willkommen.
My flatmate, Nicola, is studying landscape architecture at Beuth. I, Elias, am also studying mechanical engineering at Beuth. When we're not busy with university, we like to chill out in the park, play and watch football or meet up with friends.
Apart from that, the two of us are quite sociable and always up for a beer;)
We do a lot together, but we also have our own groups of friends. So whether you've been in Berlin for a while or just moved here, you're welcome here.
