Das Zimmer ist ca. 20,5 m2 groß und sehr geräumig. Wegen seiner eingebauten Schreibtischecke besonders gut zum Home Office geeignet. Abends scheint vom angeschlossenen Balkon her die Sonne herein. Teil der möblierten Ausstattung ist neben dem Schreibtisch ein Singlebett, Schrank und Schreibtischstuhl. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und mit einer Wohnküche verbunden. Teil der Ausstattung sind hier Sofa und Fernseher, Esstisch und Vitrine, sowie Induktionsherd mit der notwendigen Kochausstattung und natürlich einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Im Bad findet ihr auch eine Waschmaschine.
All-Inclusive-Monatsmiete € 550.

The room is approx. 20.5 m2 and very spacious. Because of its built-in desk corner, it is particularly suitable for the home office. In the evening, the sun shines in from the attached balcony. In addition to the desk, it is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and desk chair. The living room is very spacious and connected to an open kitchen. Part of the equipment here is a sofa and TV, dining table and showcase, as well as an induction stove with the necessary cooking equipment and of course a fridge / freezer. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
All-inclusive monthly rent € 550.

Der schöne Altbau befindet sich am Schillerpark im Berliner Stadtteil Wedding. Das Haus ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und ist somit je nach Gehgeschwindigkeit rund 7-10 Minuten von der U-Bahn (U6 Seestraße/ Rehberge) und Tramstation (M50, M13) Seestrasse entfernt. Der Bus 120 (Nachtbus N20) fährt fast direkt vor der Haustür, u.a. mit Ziel Berlin Hbf.
Vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Zur Auswahl in unmittelbarer Nähe stehen Real, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Kaufland und eine Biocompany (alle Märkte ca 4-10 Minuten entfernt).

The beautiful old building is located next to the Schillerpark in the Berlin district of Wedding. The house can be easily reached by public transport and is around 7-10 minutes away from the subway (U6 Seestrasse / Rehberge) and tram station (M50, M13) Seestrasse, depending on your walking speed. The bus 120 (night bus N20) is almost directly in front of the house door (destination Berlin Hbf).
There are many shopping opportunities just around the corner. You can choose from Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Kaufland, Reww and a biocompany (all markets about 4-10 minutes away).
Du wirst zusammen mit Karina und Justyna wohnen. Karina ist berufstätig (Online Marketing), ist sehr gesellig und interessiert sich sehr für Kultur, gute Literatur und politische Themen. Justyna hat gerade ihr Studium abgeschlossen und arbeitet auch Vollzeit als Architektin, sie richtet sich jetzt ihren neuen Lebensrhythmus ein und ist immer zu Stadterkundungsreisen und gutem Essen zu haben.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, daher solltest du kein Problem mit regelmäßigem Putzen und auch Lust auf gemeinsame Spiel- und Kochabende haben (wer Skip-bo kennt und gerne spielt, ist hier im Vorteil). Ab und zu schauen wir gern gemeinsam einen Film / Serie oder machen einen Ausflug.

You will live with Karina and Justyna. Karina is working full-time (online marketing), is a very lovely and social person, who is interested in culture, good literature, and political topics. Justyna just finished her studies and is also working full time as an architect, she sets up her new life routine now and is always up for city-discovering trips, and good food.
We are not a flatshare for the only limited purpose of sharing a flat, but to socialize too. So you shouldn't have a problem with regular cleaning and also spending the evening with some cooking or playing games (if you know Skip-bo and like to play, you have an advantage here). From time to time we like to watch a movie / series together or check out some places in Berlin together.
