Ich (Fabian) untermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer in unserer Dreier-WG, während ich auf Reisen bin. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht: Bett, Kleiderschrank (den ich für dich etwas freiräumen werde), Pflanzen, Schreibtisch, etc.
Neben dem Zimmer ist eins von zwei Bädern und man hat eine schöne grüne Aussicht auf die Terrasse. Das Zusammenleben mit meinen zwei Mitbewohnern James und Marcus ist idyllisch und direkt gegenüber gibt es die coolste Bar Weddings (Wilma) und 20 Meter entfernt ist die coolste Eckkneipe (Kumpelstübchen).
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U8,U9,M13) sind nur 8 Laufminuten entfernt und in ähnlicher Nähe findet man Kaufland oder Edeka.
I (Fabian) am subletting my furnished room in our three-person shared apartment while I am traveling. The room has everything you need: Bed, closet (which I will clear out a bit for your stuff), plants, desk, etc.
Next to the room is one of two bathrooms and you have a nice green view of the terrace. Living with my two roommates James and Marcus is idyllic and directly across the street there is the coolest bar in Wedding (Wilma) and 20 meters away is the coolest corner pub (Kumpelstübchen).
Public transport (U8,U9,M13) is only 8 minutes walking away and in similar proximity you can find the grocery shops Kaufland or Edeka.

In der Nachbarrschaft gibt es Supermärkte (Kaufland, Aldi, Panjabi) und auch ein paar Cafes und Bars.
Unsere Eckneipe ist beste.
We are 7 minutes walking from U Osloer Strasse, with the U8 and U9, and only a few stops from the Ringbahn.
There are some nice bars, cafes and places to eat in more or less walking distance (5-20 minutes depending on what you want). We love our corner bar, and the new Wilma is right across the street.
Meine Mitbewohner James und Marcus sind beide extrem umgänglich. Sie feiern gerne mal am Wochenende oder gehen in Parks und an Seen und wir kochen gerne zusammen als WG, wobei James das die meiste Zeit macht bzw. am besten kann. Wir sprechen alle Französisch Deutsch und Englisch und haben auch gerne Gäste in der Wohnung. Alles in allem top Leute.
Wir rauchen auf dem Balkon und in der Küche.
My roommates James and Marcus are both extremely sociable. They like to party on weekends or go to parks and lakes and we like to cook together as a WG, with James doing that most of the time or being the best at it. We all speak French German and English and also like to have guests in the apartment. All in all just great people.
We smoke on the balcony and in the kitchen.

You yourself could use the room for a holiday in Berlin or maybe you need to stay somewhere until you find your own place...the possibilities are endless (<--I needed to get over the word minimum for this category).
