- Clean, quiet and tidy place

- Large and bright bedroom. Entirely furnished: comfortable double bed, big wardrobe, desk, bedlinens, blankets

- Large and very clean bathroom with washing-machine

- Fully equipped kitchen with afternoon sun

- Nobody living above

- Courtyard with bench

- Gesundbrunnen neighbourhood (between Wedding and Prenzlauerberg): central, green and very well connected

- Two big parks, a swimming pool and a canal near by

- The very best: the lake Plotzensee is 6 min. away by tram. There is a nice beach there.

- Artists studios "Uferhallen", the center for contemporary dance "Uferstudios" and a couple of nice coffee places - "Kater and Goldfish", "Dujardin" - around the corner by the Panke canal.

- Many shopping options: supermarkets, an organic market, a flea market and Gesundbrunnen mall within walking distance. Small convenience store (Späti) downstairs, with tables outside.

- Many places where to eat: the best Thai place in Berlin, as well as delicious Korean, Chinese Libanese and of course Türkish food.

- Very well connected: Osloer station 3 min. walk away (U8 and U9 + 2 tram lines) - 6 min. to Prenzlauerberg - 8 min. to Alexanderplatz - 10 min. to Zoologischer Garten.

- You'll be sharing the flat with a Laura, event manager, quiet and respectful. Happy to socialise if you feel like (art exhibitions, …)

- Looking for someone clean and responsible with full time activity (work or uni)

- Positive mood and communication are always good

- No shoes inside, no pets, cleaning schedule to be respected :-)
