Hi,
I"m subletting my room from 2nd September till 2nd of October. The room has all the amenities.
It is located in Berlin Mitte (Leopoldplatz). The U-Bahn is a minute away with several connections and busses. It takes 17 minutes to Alexander platz and 13 minutes to Berlin Hbf.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed and a 55" LED TV with Netflix. There is a work station with a comfortable chair. There is also a fan in case it gets too hot. The room is on the fifthfloor so the view is also really nice. The building is new with an elevator. The kitchen has all the cutlery and a dish washer and two fridges. There are two bathrooms, one is a shower and the other is the toilet. There is a mini store in the apartment as well in case you want to drop your luggage there. There are two wifi's which are pretty smooth..
There are several shops right outside the building including REWE, Resturants and bars and a gym.
