Helles Zimmer zum Hinterhof mit abgezogene Holzdielen, ca. 3,30 x 3,90 m. Das Zimmer wird als "unmöbliert" vermietet, allerdings kann ich ein 140 x 200 cm Bett (ohne Matratze) und verschiedene andere Möbel zur Verfügung stellen. Die Wohnung ist eine recht große 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer (22 m²) die ich selber kaum nutze, und natürlich Gemeinschaftsküche und -badezimmer mit Badewahne. Zusätzlich zum Badezimmer gibt es noch ein kleines "Gästeklo".

Bright room looking out on the back yard, 3,30 x 3,90 m in size. The room is unfurnished, although I can put up a 140 x 200 cm bed (without mattress) and some other furniture if requested. It's quit a large flat with shared living room ((22 m²), bathroom, kitchen and there's also an additional small toilet.
Direkt an der Panke gelegen, die Gropiusstr. ist eine kleine ruhige Einbahnstraße mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Es geht von der Badstraße ab und hat sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbare Nähe, einschließlich Rewe und Lidl . Der U-Bhf Pankstr. ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, zur U Osloer Str sind es 7 Minuten und zum M27 Bus sind es 3.

The Gropiusstraße is a quiet one-way street with cobblestones right beside the small river Panke. It's close to the busy Badstr. and there's plenty of shopping opportunities near by. There are two underground stations within walking distance; U Pankstr. is 5 minutes walk away, U Osloer Str. is 7 minutes. There's a M27 bus stop even closer.
Ich bin ein freundlicher 40-Jähriger Ire, der, wenn ich zuhause bin, zu viel vor dem Computer sitzt. Ich freue mich über die gelegentliche Unterhaltung, bin jedoch insgesamt unaufdringlich. Neben mir gibt es noch zwei weitere Mitbewohner: meine Katzen Henry und Rüdiger.
