Nordzimmer im ersten Stock.

Leichter Geräuschpegel in der Wohnung dank einer Baustelle (Hausbau) in 150m Entfernung, aber der Geräuschpegel scheint mir auch in Ordnung zu sein.

der Text hier war mal für ne längere Untermiete vor nem Jahr, ich lasse das mal so stehen. Die Beschreibung ist auch für mich, aber ich ziehe jetzt aus – mein Mitbewohner tickt allerdings ähnlich wie ich. Die Minimalkriterien solltest Du erfüllen :). minimum criteria:
- ‚pflegeleichte‘, lässige Person
- Hygiene (1mal putzen die Woche, in der Küche sollte sich nicht viel Besteck stapeln, die Spüle eher frei bleiben)
- Rücksicht aufeinander, insbesondere was Lärm angeht (ich bin eher nachtaktiv und schlafe vormittags).

- positive spirit
- interessiert an Dialog, Diskussionen
- Lust auf Coworking regelmässig?
- energy :)

- Hygiene (cleaning once a week, cutlery should not be piled up in the kitchen, the sink should remain free)
