Great location at the heart of Antonplatz in Weissensee but in a side street so that it is always very quiet. There are no sounds of cars or public transport although is close to all amenities you need on a daily basis.
Only 5 min away from the tram stop with many options (M4 to Alexanderplatz and to the S-Bahn Greifswalderstr., 12 to Mitte and Pberg, M13 to Warschauerstr. and Wedding, etc)
Close to Edeka (5 minute walk), Aldi (10 min walk) and lots of other shops (Rossmann, Tedi, Woolworth, many farmacies, etc). There are lots of restaurants and cute little cafés around the area as well.
The neighbourhood is beautiful: it's called the Komponistenviertel (the Neighbourhood of the Composers). You can go for a walk to the biggest and most beautiful Jewish Cemetery in Europe that's only 1 min away, or to the lake Weissensee which is only 10 min away by foot.
I am going to Spain for 3 months to spend some time with my family and work from abroad so I'm subletting my room.
You will be living with my current flatmate until mid-April. He is a total sweetheart! Sadly he is moving back to Barcelona and from then you will be living with someone else in the flat but we still need to find his/her substitute.
I'm looking for someone who is respectful of others spaces and who cleans after themselves (for example, if you cook something, you clean up afterwards). I would like to sublet the room to someone who will take really good care of it, as if it was their own. Another really important thing: no parties at home!
A bit about me: I'm Clara, from Spain. I work in customer care at Zalando and have lived in Berlin for 8 years now. I write this post in English aber wenn du Deutsch redest, würde ich mir darüber sehr freuen, weil ich mein Deutsch noch üben muss :D I like to go on long walks, to read (mostly about philosophy and psychology), to go to concerts and festivals, to go to the gym or do sport in general, to cat-sit for my friends and also to dance (if you dance bachata we'll probably become best friends!).
