Dieses Zimmer ist das zweitgrößte der Wohnung und hat einen tollen Balkon (5qm). Es hat ein großes Fenster, eine Balkontür und ein eingebautes Regal in Tür Größe.
Wir sind gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Badewanne, un einem Balkon an der Küche dran.
Weißensee ist ein schöner Bezirk direkt neben Prenzlauer Berg. Nicht so sehr belebt wie P-Berg aber auch nicht langweilig. In Laufnähe haben wir mehrere schöne kleine Parks mit kleinen Seen und natürlich auch den großen Weißensee.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden, denn es dauert nichtmal eine Minute zur Haltestelle Antonplatz. Dort kann man in die M4, M13 und 12 steigen. Mit der M4 dauert es ca. 7 Minuten bis zur nächsten S Bahn Station Greifswalder Straße. Dort fahren die Ringbahnen, sowie die S8 und S85.
Ich wohne hier bis jetzt noch mit meiner Schwester und einer Freundin in der WG. Bei uns hat immer alles gut funktioniert, aber da meine Schwester in ihre eigene Wohnung zieht, suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin für ihr Zimmer.
Außerdem wohnen hier noch meine 2 Katzen Maxi und Freddy, die sind total lieb und kuscheln auch gerne.
Deshalb würde ich jemanden bevorzugen, der Erfahrung mit Katzen hat oder sehr tierlieb ist.

This room is the second biggest of the flat and has a nice balcony (5qm). It has a big window, a balconydoor and
a built in shelf in the size if a door.
We have a washing mashine, a dishwasher and tub.
Weißensee is a really nice district right next to Prenzlauer Berg. Its not as busy as P Berg but definetly not boring. In walking distance we have several little nice parks with lakes and the big lake Weißensee.
The flat is very well connected, it takes less than a minute to get to the tram station Antonplatz. There you can take the M4. M13 or 12. With the M4 you only need like 7 minutes to the nearest S Bahn Station Greifwalderstraße. From there you could take the Ringbahn or the S8, S85.
I am living here with my sister and a friend right now. Our WG worked well until now but my sister will move into her own flat soon. Thats why we are looking for a new roomie.
I do have 2 cats that live here with me, Maxi and Freddy. They are relly nice and love cuddles and snacks.
Thats why i would prefer if u have experience with cats<3
