Ich suche eine*n Untermieter*in für ein helles (unmöbliertes) Zimmer in meiner Wohnung in Weißensee, nahe Prenzlauer Berg ab 15.12/01.01. Das Zimmer hat 12m² und dazu kommt ein 3m² Balkon. Die Wohnung selbst ist 67m² und hat eine große Wohnküche und Wohnzimmer. Das Haus wurde 2010 modernisiert und ist sehr gut erhalten. Anmeldung ist natürlich auch möglich.

The room is 12m² + 3m² balcony. The entire flat is 67m² with a spacious shared kitchen area and living room.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhaus, daher auch sehr ruhig Untertags und Nachts. Die Trams M4, M13 und 12 sind in 3 min erreichbar. Die S-Bahn Greifswalder Straße ist 4 Tram Stationen entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt auch 5 min zu Fuß vom Weißen See entfernt, der im Sommer ideal zum entspannen und schwimmen ist.
The flat is located in a Hinteraus, and therefore very quiet throughout the day. Its a 3 min walk to the M4, M13 and 12 Tram lines, and the S-Bahn Greifswalder Straße is 4 stops away. The Weißer See lake and park are 5 mins away.
Ich suche nach freundlichen, offenen Menschen, die auch gerne mal gemeinsam einen Film schauen, Brettspiele spielen oder Kochen würden. Ich bin selbst Vegetarisch und würde Menschen bevorzugen die das auch sind. Im Haushalt lebt auch eine Katze, und es wäre mir wichtig das ein*e potentielle*r Mitbewohner*In sich auch gut mit ihr versteht.
Ich selbst bin 34, und würde mich als generell sehr entspannte, offene und low-drama Person bezeichnen. Bin ein ziemlicher Nerd und verbringe viel Zeit mit Zocken/Boardgames/Filmen etc. Ich arbeite remotely, wäre also untertags meistens zuhause.
I'm looking for friendly, open-minded people who would also be up for watching a movie, playing boardgames or do cooking together ( Veggie preferred). I also have a cat so I would prefer someone for whom this is a perk and not a downside. I'm 34, and generally a laid-back, open-minded and also very nerdy guy. I spend a lot of time with video/boardgames, movies and such. I mostly work from home, so I'm at home during the day.
