Liebe Zimmer Suchende, meine Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig (S Bahn, Tram 13, 10) in einer ruhigen, grünen Straße.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, 2 Kinos und der tolle Weissensee (auch zum Baden !) ist in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer liegt strassenseitig und hat einen Balkon. Es ist möbliert mit einem 1m Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, Arbeitsplatz und Regalen.
In der Wohnung leb ich, Stefan 55. Ich wünsche mir einen ruhigen Mitbewohner, der deutsch spricht und das Zimmer und die gemeinsamen Bereiche (Küche, Bad) sauber hält.
Die Wohnung ist nicht für Partys und nicht für tägliches Home Office geeignet.
Ich möchte das Zimmer ersteinmal für 3 Monate vermieten. Wenn Alles gut klappt, gern länger.

Eine Besichtigung ist ab sofort möglich.
