Nice big room in an old apartment, free for 3 weeks because I'm on vacation. There's always a lot going on here with 6 flatmates, all lovely and fun people. It's such an amazing home, you will love it! Apart from you, Ivo, Jo, Lea, Eva, Silas and Tilda also live here.
the room is very bright and has sun in the morning, and it's located in a nice calm street, not directly on a main street.
The place is located in between the subway stations Fehrbelliner Platz, Hohenzollernplatz and Güntzelstraße (each of them 5 min walking), and the 249 bus line is 2min away.
The price (250 EUR for 3 weeks) includes the rent with everything included. Renting for less time is also possible. If necessary it may be also possible to rent it 1-2 days earlier.

Schönes großes Zimmer in Altbauwohnung, frei für 3 Wochen weil ich im Urlaub bin. Hier ist immer viel los bei 6 weiteren Mitbewohner*innen, alles liebe und lustige Menschen. Wirklich so eine tolle WG, du wirst sie lieben! Außer dir dann wohnen hier noch Ivo, Jo, Lea, Eva, Silas und Tilda.
Das Zimmer ist hell und hat morgens Sonne. Die Straße ist ruhig mit wenig Lärm.
Die U-Bahn Stationen Fehrbelliner Platz, Hohenzollernplatz und Güntzelstraße sind in der Nähe (jeweils 5min), auch die Busline 249 ist ganz nah dran (2min).
Preis (250 EUR) ist für die 3 Wochen. Es ist auch möglich das Zimmer für eine kürzere Zeit zu nehmen. Nach Absprache und wenn notwendig kannst du auch vielleicht 1-2 Tage vorher einziehen/länger bleiben.
