Ein Großteil der Wohnung verfügt über einen zur Uhlandstraße ausgerichteten Balkon. Der große begrünte parkähnlich angelegte Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Des Weiteren befinden sich dort einige Stellplätze, die bei Verfügbarkeit zusätzlich angemietet werden können.
