Hello :)
ich möchte studienbedingt aus meiner Wohnung eine zweier WG machen und vermiete daher mein ehemaliges Schlafzimmer unter.
Das Zimmer/die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss ist sehr hell und teilmöbliert.
Eine Seite des Zimmer ist dunkelblau gestrichen, das bleibt auch so. Der Rest ist weiß gestrichen.
Ausstattung:
-140 cm breites Bett, inkl. Stauraum (4 Schubladen)
-Kleiderschrank
-Schreibtisch
-Regal
Das Zimmer befindet sich zentral gelegen in Wilmersdorf. Fußweg ist nicht länger als 5 min zur S-Bahn (Ringbahn). Auch der Fehrbelliner Platz (U3,U7) ist ganz in der Nähe.
Da ich (26 J.) eigentlich alleine die Wohnung bewohne wird es eine zweier WG sein. Eine Party WG soll es nicht sein, eine Zweck WG muss es dennoch auch nicht sein.
Mir ist der Blick für Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, Haustiere sind für das Zimmer/die Wohnung leider nicht gestattet.
Ich möchte das Zimmer zunächst auf 3 Monate Befristung setzen.
Wenn das Zusammenwohnen gegenseitig passt, möchte ich gerne die Befristung auf 6 weitere Monate verlängern.
