Wir suchen ab dem 11.12. einen neuen Mitbewohner / eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3er-WG im schönen Wilmersdorf.
Unsere Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau mit hohen Decken und liegt im 3. OG Vorderhaus, von deinem ca. 16 qm großen Zimmer würdest du in den Innenhof blicken. Ein Hochbett und eine Kommode sind bereits im Zimmer drin, ob du diese behältst, kannst du selbst entscheiden (du müsstest nichts dafür bezahlen). In der Küche ist eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine, einen Kellerraum haben wir nicht. An meinem Zimmer ist vorne ein Balkon, den du gerne mitbenutzen kannst. Im Hausflur ist außerdem ein kleiner Aufzug.
Warmmiete mit allem außer Strom (Internet inkl.) beträgt 543€, Heiz- und Wasserkosten sind da pauschal mit drin.

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-person shared apartment in beautiful Wilmersdorf, starting on December 11th.
Our apartment is a renovated old building with high ceilings, located on the 3rd floor of the front building. From your approximately 16 m² room, you’ll have a view of the inner courtyard. The room already includes a loft bed and a dresser, which you can choose to keep if you’d like (no payment required). The kitchen is equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine, though we don’t have a basement storage room. There’s also a balcony connected to my room, which you’re welcome to share. There's an elevator available in the main stairwell, though it's pretty small.
The all-inclusive rent, except for electricity (internet included), is €543. Heating and water costs are included in this price (covered by a flat rate).

We live in a quiet area but are very well-connected:
The S/U Heidelberger Platz station (Ringbahn, S46, U3) and the U Blissestraße station (U7) are both about a 10-minute walk away, as well as the lovely Volkspark Wilmersdorf and a variety of shops, restaurants, and takeaways.
Zum WG-Leben:
Wir nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander und sind dadurch immer gut miteinander ausgekommen, bisher waren wir aber trotzdem eher eine Zweck-WG. Ich fänd es schön, wenn sich das mit dir vielleicht ändern könnte und man sich richtig anfreundet, aber natürlich kann man auch nichts erzwingen. Ein freundlicher Umgang und eine gewisse Offenheit wäre uns beiden aber trotzdem wichtig.
Ich bin Tim, 25J alt, gerade mit dem Studium fertig und jetzt berufstätig (in Teilzeit), ab und zu mache ich auch Homeoffice. Meine Mitbewohner Lucas ist 22J alt und macht eine Ausbildung. Wir haben beide gerne Gäste da, aber natürlich nehmen wir auch was das angeht Rücksicht aufeinander.

We’re considerate of each other and have always gotten along well. Still, up until now, it’s been more of a practical living arrangement, though I'd love to have a more friendly connection with you. A friendly attitude and a certain openness are still important to both of us.
I’m Tim, 25 years old, recently graduated uni and now working part-time, sometimes from home. My flatmate Lucas is 22 and currently in an apprenticeship. We both enjoy having friends over but are, of course, considerate of each other in that regard.
Wegen unseren Vermietern ist der Vertrag leider befristet, jedoch kann es sein dass der Vertrag noch verlängert wird, das können wir jetzt noch nicht absehen.
