I was able to get this beautiful flat right next to Kudamm. Old building, very fancy fassade :p
It has quite the discrepancy in room size. But it has a lot to offer in other ways. I would also be open to sharing some of my room as a living space.

-room is small, but i can offer storage in my room, the basement and corridor
-we could also build a loft bed!

Eislebener Straße, entrance to the u3 is in the same street.
Small walk to u9, u1.
There are also lots of busses nearby.
Right next to Kudamm, so you will not have to walk far to get anything.
There is also a park. I dont know the area very well yet, but lets explore together!

I am a social person, but there will be times where I need my space for myself.
I know the rent is very high, but i hope to find a living situation where we both can enjoy the space and get the most out of it. It has a dishwasher, and i have lots of cool decor and furniture i will bring in. I like to have fun with the space I live in, so i think a minimalist might not be the perfect match.
