Wir bieten ein 10 m² Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Es ist geeignet für (internationale) Studierende oder Berufstätige/Praktikant*innen, die auf Zeit eine ruhige und freundliche Bleibe in Berlin suchen.
Das neu eingerichtete helle Zimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses zusammen mit zwei weiteren Zimmern und einem frisch renovierten Bad mit Wanne. Es ist voll möbliert.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die gemütliche und voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten, einen Meditationsraum und einen Gemeinschaftsraum zur Mitbenutzung.
Strom, Heizung, WLAN, Waschmaschinen- und Trocknernutzung sind inklusive, ebenso Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Das Zimmer wird befristet vermietet für 3-12 Monate, bei der Dauer sind wir flexibel.
Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.
We offer a 10 m² room in a 3-person shared apartment. It is suited for international students or professionals/interns looking for a quiet and friendly place to stay in Berlin.
The newly furnished bright room is located on the upper floor of a single-family house, along with two other rooms and a freshly renovated bathroom with a bathtub. It is fully furnished.
On the ground floor, you'll find the cozy and fully equipped communal kitchen. Additionally, there is a garden, a meditation room, and a communal lounge for shared use. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, and washing machine and laundry dryer usage are included, as well as bed linen and towels.
The room is available for a limited period of 3 to 12 months, and registration is possible.

Die Wohnung liegt in Wilmersdorf, nahe Rüdesheimer Platz. Zur U3 und zum S-Bahn Ring sind es 5 Minuten, die U9 ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes und Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Besonders die FU und TU sind schnell zu erreichen.
The flat is situated in Wilmersdorf, near Rüdesheimer Platz, which NY times rated “favourite street" in Berlin. It’s a 5-minute walk to the U3 and S-Bahn ring, and the U9 is reachable in 7 minutes on foot. You find several shopping facilities and restaurants in walking distance, too. Especially the FU and TU are easily accessible.

Die Räume werden auf Zeit vermietet, daher verändert sich das WG Leben immer wieder und du kannst es selbst mitgestalten. Wir suchen Mitbewohner, die einen ruhigen Platz zum Leben suchen. Geselligkeit ist erwünscht, aber kein Muss. :-)
