Das Zimmer (10qm) ist, wie man auf den Bildern sieht, mit allen essenziellen Möbeln ausgestattet, also Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch. Die Möbel können aber auch komplett raus, wenn das erwünscht ist. Es ist frisch gestrichen und gereinigt. Im Zimmer hat man einen guten Wlan Empfang und ist schnell im Bad oder in der Küche. Es ist ein typisches Altbauzimmer mit hoher Decke und einer schönen Tür, das Fenster ist allerdings etwas neuer, wodurch das Zimmer recht warm ist :)
Die Wohnung ist nur 10 Minuten vom Bundesplatz entfernt also direkt am Ring. Es sind schöne Cafés, wie zum Beispiel Café Lehmbrucks oder Puzzle, und Restaurants, wie zum Beispiel Yack und Yeti, in der Nähe. Es ist eine ruhige und sehr schöne Ecke Berlins.
Zurzeit steht das andere Zimmer leer, aber es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ich im April dort einziehe. Falls nicht, würden wir evtl. eine zweite Person für das Zimmer suchen - natürlich mit Absprache. Mir ist wichtig, dass die WG ein angenehmes und freundliches Miteinander hat, und man sich wohl fühlt :)
