The apartment is located directly on the S-Bahn Bundesplatz .
Edeka and Aldi are 2 minutes' walk away. Volkspark 5 min. Zoological garden with train 7 min.
The ring and therefore the main means of transport No. 1 drives right in front of the door, you only need to run down the stairs and you are already on the ring, and also on the U9, which drives just like the ring in a two-minute cycle.

I don't care where I want to go, always about 15 - 20 minutes.
The disadvantage is that it's a bit loud when you open the window, but the windows are super well isolated as I said.

Die Ring und damit das Hauptverkehrsmittel Nr. 1 fährt direkt vor der Tür, du brauchst nur die Treppen runterlaufen und schon bist du an der Ring. und auch an der U9 , die genau wie die Ring im Zweiminuten Takt fährt.

Ich brauche egal wohin ich will, immer so ca. 15 - 20 Min.
Der Nachteil ist, dass es etwas laut ist wenn du das Fenster aufmachst, aber die Fenster sind wie gesagt super gut isoliert.

For the first time, I'm called Kristina and I'm the main tenant in this apartment. I am 27 years old and I am studying art and philosophy at the UdK. I'm pretty tense in my university life, painting and writing housework. I am very happy to walk and I am very relaxed in the apartment compared to my other life. I need my room to refuel and to just fluff if I've run my to doses too excessive for a few days. I have many interests and have become quite perfectionist over the years in terms of housing design. But that is not a claim to you :)
The second roommate is Isa, she also lives here for a long time and also studies dual, social and management, so definitely goes a lot of time for her studies on it, but she likes it and loves it and is definitely a better student than I. We spend a lot of time in the afternoon with cooking, walking, drinking coffee, flea market. It is very grounded and smokes at least as much as I:D

Since I already have a lot of Wg experience, some important points have emerged in terms of living together.
The theme of order offers the most friction area. We run a Flatastic app that recently came a little too short, but with your move it will be introduced again. But also in general, I am always trying to have a decent apartment.We have a basic order and this is much more decent than other WGs.

The second point is that I was able to experience that I personally can live much better with quiet or grounded/repeated persons, was apparently because I am extroverted. We don't do a favor to each other if we don't do that. For a harmonious coexistence, this is important to me, I have included with myself all day to do with extroverted and crazy people full of creativity, but I do not want to continue this at home.
In the kitchen must be smoked, all other rooms should not disturb you. Because we have a lot of smoking:D

and we live together with a cat, they hot Kikki is 4 years old and super cuute. If you have an allergy, then no problem she is a Bengal breed cat and the breed is an anti allergy cat because she has only very short hair and her glands seem to work differently. Yes this was the first time:)

Das Wg Leben verändert sich natürlich immer einwenig und wir passen uns da auch gerne an.

Erstmal zu mir, Ich heisse Kristina und bin quasi die Hauptmieterin in dieser Wohnung. Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und studiere an der UdK bildende Kunst und Philosophie. Ich bin in meinem Unileben ziemlich eingespannt, male und schreibe Hausarbeiten. Ich gehe sehr gerne spazieren und bin in der Wohnung im Vergleich zu meinem sonstigen Leben sehr entspannt. Ich brauche mein Zimmer um aufzutanken und um auch mal einfach zu netflixen, wenn ich paar Tage lang meine to dos zu exzessiv betrieben habe. Ich habe viele Interessen und bin was die Wohnungsgestaltung angeht über die Jahre ziemlich perfektionistisch geworden.Aber das ist kein Anspruch an dich :)
Die zweite Mitbewohnerin ist Isa, sie wohnt hier auch schon länger und studiert ebenfalls Dual , Sozial + Management, also geht auf jeden Fall sehr viel zeit für ihr Studium drauf, aber sie mag es und liebt es und ist definitiv eine bessere Studentin als ich. wir verbringen viel Zeit am Nachmittag mit Koch, spazieren, Kaffe trinken, Flohmarkt. Sie ist sehr geerdet und raucht mindestens genauso viel wie ich :D

Da ich schon viel Wg Erfahrung besitze, haben sich einige wichtige Punkte im Punkto Zusammenleben herauskristallisiert.
Das Thema Ordnung bietet die meiste Reibungsfläche. Wir führen eine Flatastic App, die in letzter Zeit etwas zu kurz kam, doch mit deinen Umzug wird sie wieder eingeführt. Aber auch generell, bin ich stets bemüht eine ordentliche Wohnung zu haben.wir haben eine Grundordnung und die ist im Vergleich zu anderen WGs deutlich ordentlicher.

Der zweite Punkt ist, dass ich die Erfahrung machen konnte, dass ich persönlich wesentlich besser mit ruhigen oder geerdeten/entspannten Personen zusammenleben kann, warscheinlich weil ich extrovertiert bin. Wir tun uns gegenseitig keinen Gefallen, wenn wir das nicht thematisieren. Für ein harmonisches Zusammenleben ist mir das wichtig, ich habe mit mir selbst eingeschlossen den ganzen Tag mit extrovertierten und verrückten Menschen voller Kreativität zu tun und das will ich aber nicht daheim weiter fortführen.
In der Küche darf geraucht werden, alle anderen Räume nicht, das sollte dich nicht stören. Weil wir sehr viel Rauchen :D

und wir wohnen zusammen mit einer Katze, sie heisst Kikki ist 4 Jahr alt und super cuute. Falls du eine Allergie hast, dann No Problem sie ist eine Bengal Rasse Katze und die Rasse ist eine Anti Allergiker Katze, weil sie nur ganz kurze Haare hat und ihre Drüsen anscheinend anders funktionieren. Yes das war es erstmal soweit:)
