Ein 18 qm Zimmer in Wittenau steht bei uns in der WG ab Februar zur Verfügung. Bisher wohnen wir zu viert, aber Gabi zieht im Februar zurück nach Brasilien. Wir suchen daher wieder jemanden für das Zimmer.
Im Moment wäre in dem Zimmer ein kleiner Schreibtisch und ein Bett vorhanden.
Der Balkon ist über eine Tür zugängig.

An 18 sqm room n Wittenau is available. So far we live here as four, but Gabis is moving back to Brazil in February so we are looking for a fourth roommate again.
At the moment there would be a small desk in the room and a bed.
Wittenau ist etwas außerhalb, aber die U-Bahn fährt immer zuverlässig und mit dem Express X21 kommt man auch in 6 min zum U-Bahnhof und die Tram1 ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, und Verbindet einen in 30 Minuten zum S-Schönhauser Allee mit seinentollen Scene Vierteln.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein Kaufland zum Einkaufen und am U-Bahnhof gibt es diverse Kebab-Läden und einen Baumarkt.
Die Wohnung selbst ist mit 92 qm sehr geräumig, entsprechend sind die Zimmer auch größer als üblich. Die Küche habe ich gerade selbst eingebaut und bietet auch genug Raum zum austoben. Das Bad ist in Wanne und Toilette getrennt und sogar mit Fenstern!
