In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt ein netter Student, 25, der FU-Berlin. Gemeinsan sind Bad, Küche, Flur, Kabuff. Unten großer Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Gartenmöbeln und Tischtennisplatte.
Eine Monatsmiete Kaution. Zahlungsfähigkeit bitte belegen zum Beispiel durch Einkommensnachweise oder Bürgschaft der Eltern. Miete 700€ pro Monat all inclusive. Dafür gibt es im Prinzip eine halbe Wohnung!
Achtung, Foto vom Zimmer ist VOR dem Einzug des jetzigen Bewohners, wir können kein aktuelles Bild gerade zeigen, weil der Student mit seinem Privatkram noch dort wohnt. Zimmer wird MÖBLIERT vermietet. In dem Zimmer steht ein Bett, ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Sessel.
