I am subletting my room while I'm on a vacation for 38 days. The total rent is negotiable, so I would like you to tell me what you think is appropriate for the whole 38 days period. According to me, €450 is justified but I'm open to discussion on this issue.
The area is close to 4 lakes (Wannsee, Nikolassee, Schlachtensee and Krumme Lanke). Aldi and Edeka are at 2 mins walking distance.
It's a single room with bathroom shared with one person. Currently it's a Chinese guy.
The Kitchen is big and spacious with separate cupboards for everyone. 3 refrigerators, microwave, oven, sofa and dining table are in the Kitchen. There is plenty of common crockery and so if you don't bring anything of your own, it should still be fine.
