I am renting out my cozy, 15sqm fully furnished room in a quiet 2-person shared apartment in Zehlendorf from February to June (full months). The apartment (1st floor) is well-equipped: a small living room, covered balcony, washing machine, gas stove, Wi-Fi, attic space for laundry, and a spacious basement. Shopping options (Aldi, Nahkauf) as well as bus and subway stops are reachable within 3–5 minutes. The lakes Krumme Lanke and Schlachtensee, as well as the beautiful forest Grunewald are within walking distance. Zehlendorf is a really beautiful area of Berlin and still quite well-connected.
I’m 25, a Communication Design student at FH Potsdam, and I’m subletting the room because I’ll be in Milan for an Erasmus semester. Your flatmate is also 25 and studies the same field.
The rent is €600/month, including all utilities (heating, electricity, Wi-Fi), no additional costs whatsoever. Instead of a deposit, a rental deposit insurance can be arranged. Viewings are possible on-site or via Zoom. If you are available this Saturday, 25.01.25 would be ideal.
I kindly ask you to handle my belongings with care. If it suits you, I’d also leave some plants in your care. General items (kitchen appliances, etc.) can of course be used, you could move in with a suitcase, everything is here. Also, if you register or not is up to you, it's generally possible.
