Der nächste Edeka ist 6 Minuten entfernt, Aldi ist direkt nebenan und 10 Minuiten zu Fuß oder 2 Bus-Stationen weiter ist Zehlendorf Eiche mit großem Edeka und Rewe, Dm, usw. Eine französische Bäckerei befindet sich direkt unten im Haus.
In 3 Minuten lassen sich die Buslinien M48, X11 und 101 erreichen und in 6 Minuten die S-Bahn (S1). Die Silberlaube der FU ist von hier keine 10 Minuten mit dem Bus!

The nearest Edeka is 6 minutes away, Aldi is right next door and by a 10 minutes walk or 2 bus stops you can reach Zehlendorf Eiche with a large Edeka and Rewe, Dm, etc. There is a French bakery downstairs.
The bus lines M48, X11 and 101 can be reached in 3 minutes and the S-Bahn (S1) in 6 minutes. The Silberlaube of the FU is less than 10 minutes from here by bus!

The ones who live here are: Crow (it/its, psychology-obsessed, prince of hell), Spike (it/its, gothpunk, mortal enemies with gravity), Moss (many pronouns, many sharks, moss king w long distance werewolf) and Minos (he/she, a cow skull mounted onto the living room wall, does not pay rent).
On a normal day we might invite friends over, play board games (big living room!), watch a movie (our favorite is "jesus christ vampire hunter"), suffer in the heat, listen to music, mill about and avoid reading the news. Though we all also have phases of withdrawing and being alone for days on end. It's normal.
We all have varying severities of disability and no formal support, therefore the flat is not very clean. We all pick up our things, it's just wiping and sweeping that don't happen frequently, and we have a system where everybody needs to keep their own dishes to avoid a mess in the kitchen. We hope to find a flatmate who can tolerate this, but is abled enough to not add more mess. We will NOT ask you to clean up more than your own share!

Wir sind alle unterschiedlich stark behindert und haben keine Pflege/r, deshalb ist die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Wir räumen alle unsere Sachen weg, aber Wischen und Fegen fällt oft weg. Wir haben ein System, bei dem jeder sein eigenes Geschirr hat, damit die Küche benutzbar bleibt. Wir hoffen, ein Mitbewohni zu finden, welches das tolerieren kann, aber auch gesund genug ist um hinter sich selber aufzuräumen. Wir verlangen NICHT, dass du mehr als deinen eigenen Anteil machst!
