Fully furnished room available for sublet from March 28 to April 14/15 (dates flexible). The room includes a bed, wardrobe, desk, and extra storage space—perfect for a short stay. Located in a lively shared flat with 10 roommates, offering a social and friendly atmosphere.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with a large living room, two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and WiFi. The kitchen is big and fully stocked with shared appliances, but you're welcome to bring your own. Everyone has a designated shelf space in the kitchen and fridge, and we use Splitwise for shared essentials like cleaning products and spices, though participation is optional.

With so many people in the flat, we like to keep things clean, so we follow a weekly cleaning schedule, where each person takes turns with different tasks.

Situated on Hermannstraße, a vibrant and multicultural area with plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants, as well as green spaces like Tempelhofer Feld and Körnerpark just around the corner. The flat is well connected with the U-Bahn is less than a minute away, the S-Bahn is a 5-minute walk, and several bus lines are easily accessible, making it a great spot for getting around the city. Disclaimer: since the room faces the street, it can get be a bit noisy at times.

The flat is a 10-person WG, but it's spread across the entire 5 floor, so there's plenty of space. The flatmates are a mix of working professionals and students from around the world, including Spanish, French, Italian, German, American, and British.

It’s a friendly and social environment, and we occasionally hang out together, but it’s not a party WG. Everyone respects each other’s space, making it easy to unwind and have quiet time when needed.
