Shiatsu therapist non smoker looks for a clean and tidy home and considerate flatmates

Hello lovely people,
I’m Agnese, and I’m looking for a cozy room in a shared flat (WG) in Berlin starting end December, with Anmeldung and a long-term perspective. The move-in date is flexible if needed.
I'm a shiatsu and massage therapist freelancer. I’m a non-smoker, love plants, I'm into permaculture, and enjoy creating a peaceful and tidy home environment. I practice yoga, martial arts, and meditation, and for me, open communication, mutual respect, and maintaining personal space are key to harmonious living.
Ideally, I’d love to share a flat with one other woman. Due to past negative experiences, I prefer not to live in a small household (e.g., two people) with a man. Additionally, I’m looking for a calm home environment and prefer not to have parties at home.
I’m looking for a quiet, friendly space where we can share good vibes while also respecting each other's privacy.
I speak English, Italian, Spanish, some Portuguese, and basic German. I'm in Berlin until the 20th of December and I cuols come to visit your flat during these days.
